Protecting your privacy and developing technology that provides the most powerful and safe online experiences is a priority for quadrantONE. quadrantONE is committed to the privacy of individuals that use the Company’s services either directly (as a publisher or advertiser), or indirectly (as an end-user). This privacy policy describes how we gather information when visiting the websites of quadrantONE and when we serve advertisements on our network of websites, it will also cover why we collect information and describe how we may use and share this information.

User Information

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

quadrantONE does not collect any personally identifiable information about you (such as your name, email address, etc.) except when in your capacity as a publisher or advertiser, you specifically and knowingly provide such information.

PII is information that identifies you or can be used to identify, contact, or locate you, such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number. PII is only collected on our corporate website, www. quadrantone.com when you choose to provide it to us.

Some of the quadrantONE partner websites may collect PII through site registrations. None of this PII is combined with non-PII or used by quadrantONE for ad serving. quadrantONE is committed to making sure our partners provide notice and choice to all consumers.

Non – Personally Identifiable Information (Non – PII)

quadrantONE collects non-PII information for advertising impressions served through the quadrantONE ad-server when visiting a partner website, or when visiting the quadrantONE corporate website. This anonymous data includes, but is not limited to, information such as your IP address, web pages viewed, time of day, URL visited, browser type, browser language, and your responses to advertisements delivered by quadrantONE or a third party advertising technology vendor. This type of information may be collected using different types of technologies, such as cookies and pixels. This information is not combined with PII.  You may elect to opt-out of allowing quadrantONE to tailor ads on our network of website. When you opt-out we will place a cookie on your computer. The cookie tells us not to collect your non-PII to tailor advertisement campaigns.

Cookies

A cookie identifies an end-user as a unique, anonymous user (but does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information about that end-user). quadrantONE uses cookies to authenticate and keep track of user sessions and to measure the number of unique users viewing particular ads. In addition, quadrantONE uses cookies to reduce the likelihood of end-users seeing the same ad over and over again or more than a certain number of quadrantONE-served ads over a certain time period.

As an end-user, you can generally configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. (Each browser is different, so check the ‘Help’ menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences). Please note that if you reject all cookies, then ads will become more repetitive and you will be more likely to see the same ad over and over again.

quadrantONE also provides you the choice to specifically opt-out of quadrantONE’s targeting cookies. Please opt-out section below.

Information Sharing

quadrantONE may use your non-PII to better target advertisements and other content in an effort to create a more relevant experience. The non-PII is also used to predict responses to advertisements, to help determine which ads perform best and which content is most appropriate for different individuals, and to provide aggregate reporting to advertisers and clients.

This information may also be combined with information from other sources, and shared with our affiliates and partners for similar use.

We may share this information with third parties who provide administrative services (and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information), as well as pursuant to a court order or to law enforcement or government officials as we deem necessary or appropriate.

Children

quadrantONE does not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 13 through quadrantONE.com, nor via any of our network of websites. If you are under 13, please do not give us any PII. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to instruct their children to never provide PII on any website without parental permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided PII to quadrantONE, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

Opt- Out

We support end-user privacy by partnering with Evidon® (formerly Better Advertising) by participating in the Advertising Option Icon self-regulatory initiative established by the Digital Advertising Alliance. As part of our partnership, advertisers who choose to enable the icon for their Online Behavioral Advertising (OBA) campaigns will provide the end-user with an enhanced ad notice on all audience (OBA) creative ad units. Within the ad unit an end-user is presented with an Ad Choices icon and users who click on the overlay are taken to a new page where they can learn about the vendors behind the ad, with rich detail on practices, and an ability to opt in/out.

We want to deliver more relevant advertising to you. Delivering more relevant advertising allows website owners to generate more advertising revenue. Sometimes this revenue helps offset the expense of delivering free content and/or services. It also means that you are more likely to see online advertising that meets your interests.

In an effort to deliver relevant advertising to you, we collect data across multiple web domains owned or operated by different entities to categorize likely consumer interest segments for use in advertising online (“Online Behavioral Advertising” or “OBA”).

If you do not wish to benefit from relevant advertising, please feel free to opt out of OBA by following this link: http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ and opting out of the Collective cookie. When you opt out, we will place an opt-out cookie on your computer. The opt-out cookie tells us not to collect your Non-PII to tailor online advertisement campaigns. Please note that if you change your computer, change your Internet browser (e.g. from Internet Explorer to Firefox), or delete all your cookies, you will need to renew your opt-out.

Security

We have reasonable security measures in place intended to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of any personal information collected. This includes, but is not limited to the use of firewalls and encryption. However, we are unable to guarantee that the security measures we take will not be penetrated or compromised or that your information will remain secure under all circumstances.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of April 13, 2011. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post prior notice of any such changes on our web site. Our use of information collected prior to a material change in this Privacy Policy shall continue to be governed by the Privacy Policy that is in effect at the time the information was collected, unless you opt in to allow the information to be governed by the new policy. Please refer back to this Privacy Policy on a regular basis.
